Delivery
method
All deliveries are sent by courier and require that someone will sign for the
goods on receipt. Goods are delivered Monday to Friday between 9:00am and
5:00pm, unless otherwise requested. Saturday deliveries are made by arrangement
only. No deliveries will be made on a Sunday or bank holidays. Please ensure
that you include a contact telephone number with your order so that we may
contact you in the event of any delivery difficulties.
Delivery time
We aim to ship the most popular products for delivery on the next working day
provided you place the order by 4:00pm (UK time) for credit card orders.
Please allow 2 working days for delivery of 'next day' products ordered after
4:00pm and on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Once
