To
carry our full service on all CCTV equipment to include:

Clean
external camera housing, clean housing windows, check heaters and camera
lenses and make adjustments where needed.

Clean
all internal cameras, check video signals, clean camera lenses and make
adjustments where needed.

Clean
CCTV monitors, check signal, make any adjustments where needed.

Clean
multiplexer, check video signals, make adjustments where necessary.
-
Time-Lapse
Video Recorder - clean video, check video signal and performance, clean and
grease cogs where needed, clean video recording heads and capstan motors,
reinstate to full working order.

Renew/Replace
CCTV video tapes, please note that video tapes should be replaced after 6
months, a small charge of £2.75 each will be added to your service
contract.

A
full cover service agreement will warrant all equipment for the term of the
agreement apart from the tape ejection / receiving mechanism on video and
capstan motors of VCR.

Full
cover service maintenance agreement, two years and five years £395.00 per
annum plus V.A.T.., two full services per year at month 6 and month 12.

Service
maintenance only, no full cover warranty £195.00, plus V.A.T., per
annum. One full service per year in month 12.

Full
cover service agreement 2 & 5 years should be taken out at the time of
installation.

No
charge for call out when a full cover agreement is taken out, but on a two
year Full Cover Service Maintenance Agreement, the hourly rate will be
charged at £22.50. (No charges at acll on a Five Year Service
Maintenance Agreement).

On
a No Full Cover Service Agreement. Call out will be charged in normal
working hours at £29.50 for the first hour, thereafter £22.50 per
hour. Out of normal working hours £49.50 for the first hour,
thereafter at £29.50.
